1. What is going to happen to the real estate market?
This is not easy to answer on general terms. We can share our thoughts on interest rates, employment rates, and housing starts, but they aren’t always the best indicators. It’s important to understand markets don’t all move in the same direction. We always look at neighbourhood stats to show you current market strength and trends over the years, to help you time your decision best.
2. What affects the sale…
of a condo?
– Location, Location, Location
– View and exposure
– Layout and square feet
– Number of beds, baths and dens
– And of course condition and renovation of the unit
of a house?
– Location, Location, Location.
– Curb appeal
– Principal rooms size
– Number of beds and baths
– Age of kitchen and baths
– Mechanics and improvements of the home
4. How do I maximize the value of my property?
Present a well maintained product. Your product mixed with the listing price creates the overall value offering for a buyer to evaluate. Do your homework, freshen things up, stage, paint, clean declutter. You’re going to have to move your things out when you sell. Why not get those distractions out of the way for a buyer, to see better value?
We also do our part, offering free staging. We will also help you find painters, clean up crew and more. Then we put our expert marketing package together with professional photos, feature sheet, mailer, signs, MLS, and strong social media presence to maximize the exposure to potential buyers.
5. How much experience does your team have in real estate and selling properties?
Paul has been selling real estate in Toronto for more than 30 years. Mark, Jeff and Norah have more than 45 years of combined experience. We had our own brokerage P. R. Oulahen for many years before joining ReMax Realtron. As a family team, we have experience in all facets of real estate including residential, condo, commercial, planning, development , trust and estate sales and assembly work. We have helped many clients in difficult situations and take their property to a higher level of sale.
