What does it truly mean to be an experienced team? The Oulahen Team has become a familiar name in the community thanks to our hands-on work in the real estate industry, which started back in 1980.
Paul Oulahen grew up in Toronto and was born to sell real estate. In 1980, he formed a small construction company that renovated homes in Rosedale and Forest Hill. He also left his mark in the east end as one of the builders of the Carrot Common, chosen for the project because of his outside-the-box thinking.
The groundwork of The Oulahen Team was laid in 1981, when Paul earned his licence as a Real Estate Broker and formed P.R. Oulahen Ltd. Joined by his wife and fellow Salesperson Norah Oulahen, he had 11 salespeople before moving to Re/Max in 1999.
After years of real estate talk around the dinner table and gaining their own construction experiences, Jeff and Mark Oulahen officially joined their parents’ business. Now a full family team, they continued to share their personal and professional expertise throughout the city with buyers, sellers, investors, builders, and more.
Over the years, we have grown and added many valued members to our team. Although they may not technically be family, they are an extension of our family’s values and experience. Many of our team members have bought, renovated, and sold properties themselves – both residential and commercial.
We bring the same dedication, knowledge, and passion that started The Oulahen Team in the ‘80s to every client relationship we have today. We would love to show you what our team can do.
