Paul grew up in Toronto and was born to sell real estate. After managing a window company, he formed a small construction company in 1980 that renovated homes in Rosedale and Forest Hill. He realized that he had a great ability for sales and soon earned his license as a Real Estate Broker in 1981. He then formed P. R. Oulahen Ltd and had 11 salesmen before he went to Re/Max in 1999. As an entrepreneur of life, he loves the art of the deal. He always looks at the big picture and plans for the future. He believes that he should listen to his clients, and have formed lifelong bonds with many of them. Aside from being a Real Estate Broker, he is also a golfer, skier, biker, and paddle dipper.
