Mark, I would just like to say thank you. You were awesome last night. You, Jeff, your mom and dad are all great. Thank you for all your patience, I know it was not easy dealing with both Rita and I, we had faith in you guys cause you guys are the best in the business. We are so excited that I didn’t sleep a wink last night. I believe we got a really good lot with lots of potential and we got it at a fair price.
